Increase Daily Email Limit for Prompt Alerts

We’re increasing the daily email limit for each initialised prompt to ensure you receive more complete crawl result updates. Previously, prompts were limited to 5 email notifications per day. This update raises the limit to 10 emails per prompt per day.
